I didn't try this for some time as I actually don't like normal tomato soup, like Heinz or whatever - I think it's revolting! However, I do like homemade tomato soup that actually tastes of tomatoes, so eventually I tried this and it's delicious. I also like the texture, which is also an important component. It does need salt, but that's only in my opinion and I know I like too much salt!

End of day 2 and so far so good! Pleasently surprised with Curry noodle & Cottage Pie dishes! My choice of shakes so far has been good, pity some require sklmmed milk instead of water like the rest, added expense and effort! Strawberry nice, Carmel nice! Hope I can run the 3 months OK!

Great products for weight loss or weight maintenance. I have a shake for breakfast soup for lunch and noodles for dinner with a meal bar which provides a lovely sweet hit that’s often needed. I then have the wafers as an extra weekend treat

This is a amazing diet THAT WORKS, You have plenty of choice of great tasting ready made meals, Shakes, Soups, Snacks. There is a great app u can download off your App Store, You can manage all your orders, Your weight journey and every aspect of your diet. This diet is very reasonably priced. I'm worried about the short and long term impact of the artificial ingredients, sweeteners and sugars. VLCDs are notorious for being highly processed food so this is not intended to single out Shake That Weight. So that aside, customer service is amazing, price is okay (think a competitor is cheaper but price isn't everything), delivery is super quick, returns are easy and not had any issues with refunds. I have done two 8 week programmes and will probably do a final 4 or another 8. I have lost about a stone in 8 weeks and nearing normal BMI. The food tastes great. Variety is large considering it's packaged food and calories are restricted. I really have no complaints about this company and would recommend. I was offered some money off on future purchases by reviews.co.uk for a review using a video of myself, which I declined because the pay wasn't high enough to use my image in perpetuity, so I have not been paid for this review and it is a true account of my experience.
