I randomly choose shakes and bars and they all have been tasty and not had any which I would try again. The bars are ace to take hunger away due to more substance

This is a great way to lose weight and save money when you buy in bulk,I picked my own products,as i didnt like what was chosen for me,it cost me a little more,but I still saved money.so I would highly recommend buying 4 weeks worth.

Really great system. The bars are delicious and quite often save one for my pudding. The precooked meals are actually delicious and the shakes are tasty and filling. The microwave dried sachets of food are great for lunch at work and fill you up. I drink about 3 litres of water and herbal tea during the day as well. So far after 2 weeks I’ve lost 4kg. 👌🏼
