1. Pour 200-230ml cold water into a shaker.
2. Add the contents of the sachet to the shaker.
3. Shake until fully dissolved.
4. For best consistency consume within 10 minutes.

I found the flavour as a milk shake a struggle it would be better if it could set like a mousse

These shakes are almost too good to be true. They dissolve easily with no lumps, and taste delicious and are low in calories. I've been having cherry bakewell, chocolate and vanilla flavours - all of which are really nice. So far I've lost 6kg which is unbelievable in 6 weeks. I've just been having the shakes instead of lunch, combined with overall calorie counting. It makes it so much easier at work to just grab a sachet.

I was a little scared to taste this one as I expected it to be really sweet due to the flavour but it wasn't. It was actually nice and I would buy again.
