1. Empty packet into a bowl.
2. Slowly add 150ml of skimmed milk and stir for a few seconds until it dissolves.
3. Microwave on high (800w) for 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for another 1 to 1 min 30
(Guidelines may vary depending on microwave).
4. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.

Creamy texture, but the flavour of cinnamon was quite over powering. I like cinnamon but I didn't like this. It made me feel a bit sick. So unfortunately I will not have again. Disappointing because I wanted an alternative to Slimfast.

I’ve done the 1:1 diet in the past and I thought, financially, I’ll give this ago but to be honest, it’s only 2-3 pounds cheaper and did nothing for my weight loss. The taste is not the best. I have returned to the Cambridge diet, so thank you for letting me know what is the best for me. Sorry

If you like porridge a little sweeter then this is for you . You can taste the apple and cinnamon I have it for a change from plain porridge

This is my favourite breakfast item. I like it as it is, it's not too sweet and keeps me going through the morning.
