Ingredients

  • 100g green beans,
  • 100g canned black beans, drained
  • 1/2 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 Tbsp flaked almonds, toasted

Allergens: Tree Nut

Method

Toss all ingredients except almonds in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve, for up to 24 hours. Top with toasted flaked almonds before eating.
